Parents Committee

Parents Committee volunteers engage families with the school community, encourage participation in giving to The Westminster Fund and support a transformational student experience. 
 
Through service and philanthropy, Parents Committee members embody Westminster School’s core values of Community, Character, Balance and Involvement, and empower students to live those values on Williams Hill and beyond. 

2023-2024 Meeting Dates

  • Fall Parents Committee Meeting - 11:00 AM (EDT) on Friday, October 13, 2023 on campus during Fall Parents & Family Weekend 
  • Winter Parents Committee Meeting - 6:00 PM (EDT) on January 30, 2024 on Zoom - Current Parents Committee members will receive Zoom information for the meeting directly from Meg Stoecklin, Director of Family Engagement and Giving, via email.

  • Spring Parents Committee Meeting - 6:00 PM (EDT) on April 18, 2024 on Zoom

If you are not yet a member of the Parents Committee and are interested in learning more about getting involved through volunteer and engagement opportunities, please join Meg Stoecklin, Director of Family Engagement and Giving, for an informational Zoom session on the role of the Parents Committee.
